Hexagram (Silver, 23 mm, 4.40 g, 7 h), 'ceremonial coinage', Constantinopolis. δ N CONSTANTI[NЧS P P AVG] Crowned, draped and beardless bust of Constans II facing, holding globus cruciger in his right hand. Rev. Cross potent on globe and three steps between two palm fronds. DOC 3. MIB 137. SB 985. Extremely rare. An interesting and lightly toned piece. Minor areas of weakness and with a few light marks, otherwise, good very fine.
